I'd like a definite reason for the little strap at the top/back of the passenger headrest. Is it REALLY for the dry cleaning, or is it for the child safety seat (which would be an illegal location for the child seat) in most states. I notice it can unsnap. It would not be illegal to have a child seat in the passenger seat of a two seater car. There is, obviously, nowhere else to put it.
