I always found it to be a little strange as to why you would have to boost your Octane to 93-95 in order to run the performance product. If you ran 93 or 95, heck you would notice a difference in performance. I now understand it better having done the Dual Intake system. Because you can't really screw around with the timing and Air/Fuel ratio's. To help the cars ECU from going crazy I started running an octane booster that brought it up 4 points. So it became the equivalent of 95 octane. I'm running it this way, just to make it a little easier to swallow all that new found cold air.
