My post #88 shows where this goes. In the bag is bandages, plasters, scissors etc. Its a basic 'I want to be a doctor kit'.
I think we do not get them in NA because if you bandaged someone up and they died you or Chrysler could be sued, so by extension its better to let them bleed to death as you watch and take photos on your phone, uploading them as they squirm.
