In J.J's defence, I'll partially agree. I think the wing deployment speed of 65 mph. was designed more as an "American" gimmick, (remember 65 is still the Limit in most U.S.Cities) rather than it actually being "Needed" at that speed. So essentially that would make it more of a "cosmetic" feature.
Where as the audible alarm sounding off at speeds above 90 mph (if the wing isn't activated) seems to be more in line for the "autobahn" capabilities of this car.
