Absolutely nothing will get rid of the smell of a heavy smoker. The nicotine will impregnate all of the fabrics, draperies, upholstery, etc. Oh, I am on my 3rd smoke free month. I can now smell the cigarettes in my daily driver even after 3 months. I never noticed it when I smoked. I am doing good, especially since I have been smoking since I was 13.
