There are some compound curves in the front corners of the headboard and it's been pointed out to me (by Beaner) that the di-noc may not stretch enough for an acceptable fit and even if it did adhere when applied it may have too much tension on it and pull away in warmer temps. All you can do is try.. If it doesnt work then at least you know it wont be expensive to fix. Then you can get a nice suede headliner up there
