Hi,

I would really appreciate some advice if anyone knows of this 'common' problem.

I bought a crossfire coupe (2004 model 3.2 v6) about two months ago, and twice since I have owned the car, the car engine has just stopped whilst idle and driving. This happens somnetimes when im driving along normally, the other time it happened at a petrol station!

all the power from the engine goes, but all the lights and electrics work, just no engine start up????

obviously this is very dangerous as at any time the engine could cut out and then the steering is very very heavy and the brakes are very hard. i feel unsafe in the car now and want to get this problem fixed.

i have noticed this seems to be a rather common problem with crossfires, and that some people say its the fuel pump relay control module.

does anyone know of this problem, or could advise me if they have had a problem of this nature. a little more adive would be muchly appreciated.
