Is your kit anything like the code3? It seems as though i just have an added pulley that fills inbetween the space of the idler and sc pully to give it more grip?
if you look at robs thread on the pulley saver kit mine is identical to the others except its made for the oem crank and c3 pulley. the idler next to the s/c is eliminated and a new pulley 100mm is located above the alternator. the other idler is also changed to 100mm and the tensioner pulley remains 90 mm but replaced with a better and easier to obtain version. whole kit wrapped in a longer belt. since the install i have run my car hard as always and have not had a single bearing failure and i can log consistent 19 lbs boost on a 50* day
