Got to add my 2 cents here. I own a Lincoln Zepher/MKZ that I bought on a salvage title and after two years we still love the car. Yes the resale is not very good but I don't trade cars very often so I will get my money out of it. Insurance for me was just like any other car covered in full. Shouldn't have any problem buying after market warrenty coverage either. Only thing I would want to know is it a fresh rebuild or were there miles and months of ownership afterward by the previous owner they would have gotten the bugs out. Body work done properly today is just as good as from the factory key words done properly...For that price drive it for two years and resell for $3000 fast and what did you lose?
