I wanted to get every thing perfect before going with a pulley. I pulled off the manifolds to gasket match and saw all the oil build up and figuered it was time to clean out the IC, then wrap it, but I'm going to get it ceramic coated (I'll contact you Rob). I'm going to just touch up the head ports around the injectors only, too scary too go whole hog with the motor assembled. Gasket match the manifold/ upper intake runners. I sent out the injectors for cleaning and testing also, should be back next week. I also started cleaning everything real well in there, what a mess! 12 to 14" of snow here tomorrow so the 6 is parked anyway.
