So, here is my rig job for making sure that the broken connectors stay on the coil packs.

Basically what I did here was take 3 wire ties, wrapped one really tight around the top of the connector, there is a nice place for it, fits well, then strung the other two together and ran them around through the bottom of the coil pack where there is a little slit and back up to connect back to itself. It isn't the best looking thing in the world, but it def is holding them extremely well. Easy enough to replace too.
- As for the wire, I don't think it's for the lights... I thought it would be nearby as well, but I can't seem to find anything for it to fit to. The wire is wrapped around the hood latch release cable... if it's the same as yours...
EDIT: Just checked, no holes for the rubber caps. Also, the wires are kinda worn, but I think they are orange, one with a red stripe (neg, pos).
