My car thinks 70º is freezing! I don't think cold has anything to do with it. If I had to make a guess it would be from sitting for 2 years or a manufacturing defect. I'd hate to buy a new intercooler then discover I don't need one once the car is apart; but it would be worse to get the car apart and need one without having one ready to go. I haven't checked my heat exchanger level for a few months so I'll do it and report back later.
I have a Needswings catch can installed for over a year. When I installed it I didn't see any crud in the manifolds.
