DO NOT PAY THAT MUCH! You can find ones with CPO warranties until ~2012 for under $19k. There are plenty of these cars out there in excellent condition, don't let the age of the car fool you. Look at the mileage, the history (search on here if it's been "abused"), and the actual condition of the car. My advice, keep looking.
