I bought a new tumbler and assembly and now once I put in back in the car. The car does start. It turns fine and powers up perfect but it won't start. Am I missing something. Also the steering wheel is not locking after I pull the key out. Could that be the issue ? Is there a lil trick out there to putting it back in and starting it. Help please. Thanks
