I dunno, the crossfires I've seen the engine bay and assorted sheet metal, like shock towers are the same color (colour [for our English friends]) as the body. That one picture, sure looks like the shock towers and other areas are white, maybe it's the reflection of the sun on the lens.

But, then it's still a lot of work as in $$$$$ per hour. Saying all of that, I'll say it looks like a really good paint job and the car is stunning.
