To run a 235 series tire on the front, spacers are a wise decision.
Plenty of posts on this. A 10mm spacer on the front and a 12mm spacer on the rear (with longer lug bolts) will get you the look you are after, and you will not have to worry about the Upper A-Arm nut coming into contact with the front tire.

Also, when running a 275/40 tire on the rear your speedo will be off several mph. A 275/35 as I have makes it about 1.6-2.0mph off. Just food for thought.
