A good car cover is a couple hundred, so now you are talking about over $500 for in inside car covering solution - that money tree must be blooming for you

Fortunately, you don't need a "good" car cover. Just a mediocre one. Mine cost $60. The good covers are made to withstand outside use, where the cover may move back and forth and potentially rub/damage your paint. In your garage you don't have to worry about it. The only time the cover moves is when you're putting it on and off.
I also seriously doubt you even need the cover, so long as the car jacket is clean when you put it on. But since I have a cover, I put it on anyway. No sense tempting fate.
