Mark a 17 year old driver is just as experienced as a 26 year old driver that started driving at 25. I think our country has become a little to lawsuit happy.
Maybe Boiler (John) should've sued the state of Tennessee for allowing that creek to be in his way last October. I'm not trying to start a flame war but everyone makes mistakes, and to put a kid who hasn't even started life in the hole for making one just isn't right imho.
