So glad you are okay, that happened to me in my miata, I was driving along minding my own business, doing the speed limit and still got hit!!!!!! I sympathize with you, but I would definitely be telling that insurance company that my neck hurt! And if you can prove it was texting, he is in for a whole lot of trouble! Hope you find what you are looking for in a new car! Just don't get the camaro with the black still wheels!

 

He got off easy. I got a $250 ticket for rolling through a stop sign on my bicycle.
