I hired a lawyer and it never cost me a cent. He got them to settle for what I wanted. The replacement cost of my Jeep based on local asking prices of similar Jeeps of the same year and model. Also,The lawyers fees paid in full. I could have gotten more, he said, But I figured it would come back on me in a bad way if I went after more than I'd really lost.
As a truck driver, I can tell you all that it's terrifying just how many people I see every night staring at their phones and trying to hold the wheel with their knees or elbows. Even worse at 2am when the bars close and they're drunk texting AND driving!
Come on over to Texas if your lookin for an SRT-6 Chris! There are several of them for sale in the Dallas area and many more throughout the state. Some dealers (I've heard) will even discount your airfare from the price of the car if you ask them too. Texas is the home of the low price SRT-6! Bonham Chrysler has about a half dozen of them they're trying to move! I promise you, it'll be the best ride home you ever had!
x2...additionally, i'm on bonham's email list. though i haven't pulled the trigger with them yet, i've been tempted to on many occasions.
