How much to pay always depends on the circumstances; I think they will get much cheaper before they gain any value; so I think I'd wait him out.
Let's face it everyone on this forum "LOVES" this car, but time will tell. It' will take years before this car gathers any collector value! (More years than I've got left in the tank)
However, I think the fast track to additional depreciation has alot of
momentum. IMHO--aint gonna change any time soon.
I have to agree. There was always support for most collector cars. There wasn't any for this car from day one. It will go down in history maybe like a Delorian, but don't think it will be a Barrett/Jackson car. I hope I am wrong, but just don't see it being a big money maker. I love the cars, and have more fun with them more so than any vette or camaro I have had. I may do something with them after this year, don't know yet. The v-8 thing is starting to work on me a bit, but who knows.
