'04 Xfire that has the same problem. I followed everything posted here and still cannot resolve. It looks to be a short because if I move the driver's side turn signal and install on passenger side (I get the fast blinking). But when I install the passenger side on the driver side I don't get the fast blinking and the turn signal works. Any other ideas were I might check. Fuses are ok in engine compartment (does anyone's fuse box jiggle)? Mine does..
