But I think he missed your post.

There is nothing in a halogen bulb that would make RF, unless you have a really bad/dirty connection and it's arcing. Given the type of sockets in our headlamps, I don't think that is likely. I wonder if you could put bypass caps on the Ballast or an RF choke on it's leads?

I mean, sure you COULD, but it probably would not be very effective.
