Don, you should have dome a little more reading here, the factory Nav is considered a to be a joke, almost useless (I have found it DOES work if you save a location and use it to get back to that location - even in this way, it does not always guide you well, but in a limited way, it does work.)

There are several threads here where members have asked about, and complained about, the Nav system.

But then, you now have a MUCH newer Crossfire with (I assume) lower miles - so you aren't out anything.
