After months of shopping around on the forum I finally got hold of Satellite's Code 3 Pulley. Finally put it on yesterday afternoon and it sounds amazing and there is definitely a power increase. Ended up needing both shims and it just barely has clearance, but absolutely no problems.

I meant to take step by step pictures to post a How-To but Craig (ckovach) said there is already one floating around on the forum. I couldnt have done it without his help/tools/ experience. Also went ahead and took off the weather strip between the hood and windshield to get a little more air flow.
