Also, I see that you're in Texas. I believe Eurocharged (www.eurocharged.com) has a affiliates in Houston and Dallas. After you add your pulley and intake, take your car to one of them, and have it dyno tuned.

The other major tuner for our cars in InMotion. I believe he is west coast, but he offers a "do it yourself" tune, where he sends you the equipment to plug into your car, and you load the tune that he sends you. Personally, I don't have great things to say about either tuner. But those two are the primary tuners for our cars, mainly due to pricing. You can contact RENNtech if you have a couple extra thousand $$$ laying around. You may want to contact Accelerated Industries. They've been working with a tuner on some sweet V8 conversions. So they may have a line on an alternative to Eurocharged and InMotion. Don't get me wrong, most of the SRT-6 guys here have been tuned by Eurocharged or InMotion and are happy. I just felt they were both lacking in customer service - not in tuning ability.
