Default Re: There are decent, respectful young people...

Perhaps you should re-read your posts. You claim to not lump all kids into one bucket yet YOU KNOW that these kids were wise cracking. I didn't realize you were there. Were you lurking in the shadows?

I did not start this thread to be controversal, just a simple recognition of a positive experience with some good decent kids.

You insult every member on this forum by claiming "... it is no surprise I am the only person smart enough here that sees behavior for what it really is."

It is one thing to have an opinion and to voice it as such, it is quite another to claim you are an authority and know it all.

You are a very sad individual indeed. You talk about respect and earning it, yet you have not shown any to anyone else. You claim that people respect you, to that I say it is no surprise to me that I am far smarter than you and I can't believe you can't see your behavior on this forum for what it really is!

Respect is only earned after it is given and then shown it is deserved. You have not done this.

I started this thread to recognize some decent kids. It is unfortunate you have taken the attitude you have displayed. Oh, and yes, you have crapped on this thread. This was not the political forum elliciting debate, it was simply recognition.

But somehow, I think none of this matters to you. In your own sick little world you appear to be enjoying all the attention even if it is not positive.

Won't you please just go away?

The question of "can I shake your hand?" was a wise crack! I am not taking away from karl's experience. I simply said their initial encounter was that of a wise crack. Everything after that was a positive experience for Karl and I am not trying to take that away from him.

I never lumped all kids into one bucket... I know there are exceptions to the rule. I was speaking about the majority of kids today. And I don't blame the kids. I blame the parents. I think a majority of Americans today would agree with me on that.
