I fail to see how an accident caused by mechanical failure could be likened to someone DRIVING ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE ROAD AND ALMOST KILLING SOMEONE
The cops were on scene and investigated my accident and I recieved no ticket for any wrong doing.
