Thanks for retrieving the post and Yes thats exactly what happened the water went underneath the foam the first time. I couldn't take it off and was scared to use excessive force and break it. I ended up punching a small hole into the foam and using a vacuum. Yes I know! Very stupid. Would this be something I can get fixed under warranty I believe my 3 years are up by November. I'll deffinately take it into Chrysler Monday. Cheers
