Easy to make, I down loaded some recipes of the web, you can make it as strong as you wish or can tolerate.
I took some back from the Dragon last Fall, I left it too long and I think the apples started to grow in it, as it got lumpy. I should have ate it with a fork.
Mine was excellent, and even after several months, both bottles went down smooth as glass
