I actually think the cars ******* love child status may one day be a very interesting aspect of the car. The fact that these are two seat, sports cars pretty much guarantee that they will appreciate at some point.
i contacted an editor of one of those magazines (i subscribe to quite a few of them) this month regarding the srt-6 and he said they did one on the crossfire back in 2003. he's forwarding my suggestion to the publisher. we'll see. our cars have a great story with all of the chrysler/mb intrigues. like i said, you never know. however, i've been doing this "investing" thing on a personal scale for over 25 years and have never lost money on a car. surprisingly, the most i ever made was on a '56 packard patrician where i tripled my investment. i always buy mint, original, low mileage cars; clean them up (good detailing, replace any minor cosmetics/mechanicals, of course drive them/have fun with them) and sell them. with the srt-6, i got them new. i know what i'm getting into.
