I HAVE USED THIS TACTIC ONCE BEFORE AND IT WORKS GREAT!!!

Go to your Salesman or sales Manager and demand a "LEMON LAW" APPLICATION FORM AND OR INFORMATION. Restate your problem and just let them know you what to start keeping track of the repair time or not on your XF. Dealers do not like to know that you are willing to go this way if you have too.
