sounds like someone didn't fully tighten a line connection soemwhere. why in the world anyone would put the tank in the house is beyond me, it'd be like living on an unexploded bomb left over from the Blitzkrieg which they find even still today every once in a while. Too bad they had to lose their lives in this but probably didn't feel a thing.
