WTHeck? I haven't swapped pulleys yet, so I don't really know from experience about our stock pulley. Is the stock pulley shimmed? Are there shims that go inside the crankshaft sprocket? Sorry about your trouble with this pulley. Did Gr8Glen send his bolt with it? Is it different some how? Also, I noticed that you broke the breaker bar getting the stock bolt off. I know they say not to use an impact gun for installation, but I wonder if it's o.k. to use for removal. Or is it just too much force on the fly ring gear, even with the proper flywheel locking tool like you have?
