2nd, whats up with the intake pipes? Geez, they just slide right off. No clamps or anything. I forsee some aluminum intake pipes in the future
It sounds like you need a Honda more then a X-fire. Now REALLY look at your exhaust. Dual cats and pipes to a Y-pipe waay back at the end of the car to a 2 1/2" single pipe, a High flow muffler, then back to duals at the rear of the car.
I would simply carefully remove the Y with a sawzall, then plumb a 2 in 2 out flowmaster with a flange (to allow reattachment of the stock muff) and my choice of tips., or reattach the stock ones.
The Manifolds are a double wall tuned header-like design with an air gap between the inner and outer wall, to retain heat and prevent heat transfer to the outside air. (Read: more power.)
It's a carefully tuned package, folks, with a lot of $$$ spent toward performance and durability. Many Hot Rod parts on newer stuff just makes it slower.
