Well now that its two races and two podiums, one has to think that they might have something in this car, or everyone else is just messing up (a bit of both i think). Good old Nick came through and while I don't follow him as a fan, I was pleased for him in his swansong in f1 (or not). I'm a Kubica fan starting from his days at Sauber after taking over from JV. One could only imagine what this car would do in his hands, but now I just hope his hands will come back, he's a great talent.

But for now, it seems that the Vettel/Redbull combination are seemingly becoming Schumacher/Ferrari (esque), a cut above the rest. But time and events will tell. I did hear one of the Speed Channel announcer say something was being rummaged around regarding the Red Bull car not being "in line with spec" but I didn't catch any details. If you have news on that please post.
China is this weekend so we'll see if the trends become clearer.

So your son is on the Renault f1 team? hmmm...ok here's my shopping list
1. Kubica Helmet (he's not using it presently, so i'm sure that won't be a problem to get)
2. Spare Nose/Wing assembly....I need to dress up my office and what a better display of wall art. I'll take care of shipping :P
3. A date with Petrov's manager - who needs grid girls! Actually, she is an interesting character in the F1 pits, haven't seen someone get as much attention just being a drivers agent.

Good luck to your son (what's his role btw) and the Lotus (cough) Renault team!!!!
