I was going to guess that when you boosted you somehow, somewhere got a leak. Be it a hose that fell off or a manifold gasket, Y pipe connection etc. I'd go over all the obvious possibilities because if that's the problem tweaking the tune won't fix it. Did you get an error code you can read?
