The more plates in the battery the greater the CC numbers, less plates gives more reserve power storage. That is battery basics 101.
Cheaper batteries may be the same outside dimensions but it is the weight that shows how much less you are getting for your money.
Granted that when you push a car with a light weight battery it an easier task.
