OK, since I have an empty trunk I will bring a chain saw and we can drop a couple of the trees on your lot to help with the parking. That one by the driveway is especially in the way, cut it low enough and a car can park right there.
The house is on Elm Street, so do not get fooled by the Mountain Street address. I did last time and ended up out of town and coming back again.

Look it up on Google Earth and get an idea of the location.
I hope all goes well, otherwise it could become a nightmare on Elm Street.
