My NAV system recently starting malfunctioning. It is no longer picking up a satellite signal. When I press the satellite button, it reads back with a big "0". Any ideas as to the solution? Faulty receiver? It's an SRT-6 with less than 10,000 miles..

I tried the Nav for the first time in a couple months yesterday, and it just reads "off map" and won't point to the correct North. I already tried the reset, and that changed nothing. The North arrow does not point north, as makes sense if it is not picking up a satellite signal. Also I put a 5" strip of window tint at the top edge of the windshield a couple weeks ago. But I don't see how that could be the problem..doesn't the tint just block UV rays and reduce the amount of visible light let in?

Any ideas are most welcome.
