I would try using a medical syringe and draw some adhesive into it. Poke it through the sagging area and then squeeze the syringe so that the adhesive is sprayed or applied to the underside of the hood. Remove the syringe and then press the hood liner up against the hood and support in place.
I would think there are several adhesives that could work.
yeah ... I thought of something like this .... pharmacies have oral dose syringes that they give to patients for dosing liquids to pets and children. I've never worked with RTV sealant, or that black stuff they sell for attaching rubber moldings, but is something like that thin enuff to flow thru a "syringe" thingy? Probably dont need a lot.
