handyman, the other thing you might try is make sure you have taken it out of manual control. Try raising the wing manually all the way and then lower it all the way and hold the button until it 'dings'. That means it has retracted completely and should be in auto control again..... couldn't hurt..
And CERTAINLY so if you had been playing with the button (or the kids were, or the wife was, etc.)
