Re: Header source
SRT-6...
I actually posted a Thread for a Plea for assistance in getting me the parts I need to fix my car and get it back to running condition. It's in the coupe page. Andrew did what he could do, and that's very appreciated. But I was hoping there would be more people out there that could/or/would offer up (I don't want to say it, but I think of anything else) "better" deal's or opportunities.
All I am saying about sticking together. Is I think we should show each other support, by all participating in others efforts to persuade manufactures to produce which ever Parts or Accessories they are really wanting to see in or on there car. I think support is more then just kind, or inspirational words or advice. I believe its in the actions we take as people.
As for the Actions I took to show my support for this small community of Crossfire Owners. Well obviously my Induction Systems...But I am also in the Process of trying to link up with an investor(s) that is as excited and as enthusiastic as I am about these cars. My plan is to kick down as may doors as I can and either produce the items myself, or have enough clout to get other manufacturers to produce them. I mean since the car is really a Mercedes & they are not really wanting to acknowledge that it is one of there own. And Chrysler really pushes the Mopar/Hemi or SRT (Non Euro) aftermarket parts. That kind of just leaves us hanging in limbo, with no were really to go.
So what the heck, I'll not carry it, but actually Light a Torch for the Crossfire Community.
I would like to be able to produce a set of headers for us, if no one else out there is willing to do it for us. And I am not saying I want to do this for selfish reasons. Its not always about money. I honestly would really like to give people a choice in what they want their car to be. Or maybe a better way to say it, is ...give everyone a chance at a variety of choices. Instead of 1 or 2, or in a lot of cases, No choices. I would strive to have 3/or/4 choices in both categories of Part/Accessories.
We have a pretty cool group of people and I believe we all deserve more. So I have a meeting in Woodland Hills, Ca. on Tues, to meet with a really good friend of "Tony Robins", ya the guy with the really big teeth who has those self help tapes.
Dude that guy has money...wow I was talking with Joe (Tony's friend/potential investor) He said, it cost an individual over $1200.00 dollars for a day & a half seminar. On average Tony will have 700 - 900 people, with people on the list waiting in each of his Seminars. Joe also told me that, Tony could careless about the money...Tony found his passion in life, and it is to help others learn how to help themselves. I have a lot of respect for that man.
