Not sure there is a way to adjust the idle ? since its controlled by the ECU. I would check to make sure you dont have a vacum leak somewhere, or that something is loose and not moving around causing an intermintent vac leak, and have you tried a throttle reset yet ? you might want to do a thread search for this problem also.
