When you do the plugs, use antiseeze lube in moderation. To remove the plugs and install them before you torque them, use a short rubber hose to grab the top of the plug. Use the hose to twist and twirl the plugs out and in. The rubber hose keeps you from crossthreading the plugs, TAAA DAAAAA.
