Classy logos indeed. Center caps have a bit of a pass, as they are only visible upon the closest scrutiny and invisible at speed while cruising down the interstate. Not as much can be said about the 6" AMG logo the OP is referencing...
Kompressor (for the SRT gang), 320, and other Mercedes-sourced emblems are a delightful throwback to the heritage of our cars, and the only real downside to installing them is the fact that they're a waxing obstacle.
I, too, will soon have an 'upgrade' on the car that includes the AMG logo, and there's not much of a way to easily get rid of it, despite my 'ruthers....
