Paul, you have always put graphics/decals on your car because you like them......and thats all that really matters so put on what you like and screw the rest.

 

Do you drift the car? if so, how does the short wheelbase work out, I have heard they are quite challenging, especially with the protection systems these cars have...

 

You can drift this car just takes time to learn.Just getting into it and learning the ropes.

 

Let me know how it works out, I have heard bad things about the nanny systems kicking in at certain yaw levels - even when turned off, and if you pull fuses, depending on the year, things may not work as they should.....

 

Agreed. Drifting is not easy in the Crossie. It frankly is not a good candidate for such racing. So one has to ask, why try?

Get a Hyundai Genisis and go with it. Or any platform wherein the anti stupid driver management system isn't programed specificaly against the process.

Hanging the edge requires precise, instantaneous, management of the forces involved. Why have your mother in the car with you, shouting and grabbing the wheel as you do it?

Oh, and to the original poster:

If you wanna put AMG logos on your car, go for it! It is YOUR car, and if you like it, that's all that's important. Hell, there's guys on here that think the Crossfires are AMX's reincarnated. (Go Mike!) So, do as you wish. Do it with flair, and enjoy it.

(By the way, I have AMG five spoke rims on mine with the tri-star center caps. I don't really care for the tri-star center caps, but I haven't found a good replacement yet. I did buy the AMG center caps - before BoilerUp bought his! LOL - but I didn't like the look of them with my rims.)
