I took my new Crossfire to the dealer to replace the radio with a new one because of the display problem. He didn't have the radio in stock but got one within two days. When he put the radio in, he couldn't get it working because the display showed Protected on it. The service guy, who had gone through the appropriate training had no idea what that was, neither did the Chrysler reps he contacted. They did admit that they had a few phone calls on that issue but didn't know what to do. AAAAARRRRGGGGHHHH!
Has anyone experienced this problem, or have any answers that I can communicate to the dealer?
