Took a couple more shots of how close it was to failing. I dont think many should have this problem because her car made over 400ftlb torque and sprays very early on a run.
Also has anyone had any problems so far with preload? The circlips that hold the diff are preset for the factory rear. Meaning if the diffs are not the exact same dimensions that the gears won't set right. Just seeing if I need to find a source for circlips also.
are you talking about the side bearings? oediscount parts had them for 76$ each so 50$ isnt bad. as for the circlips do you have the bolt in axles? ie : 2 piece axles. if you do they need to be machined at thegroove for a spacer and snapring. if its a 1 peice axle the oem snapring is what is used. mine snapped right into the diff without any issues
