I contemplated painting the actual plastic seat backs graphite after I bought the coupe, had it torn down, and was already painting like 10+ pieces body color, but as Jon pointed out, its not that visible. And to really do it right, you would want to prep and paint the actual pieces, not something you glue to them.

Good idea, but lots of effort to pull off, post pics if you do it, I am sure it would look killer...
